주소 변경은 배송사로 상품이 인도되기 전 단계 및 구매 익일 오전까지만 가능합니다.

You cannot change the address yourself, so please contact us on the Q&A board or the customer center and request an address change. However, please keep in mind that items can be shipped out on the day it is purchased. So please make sure to submit the correct address when purchasing.

Payment with an overseas card is available through PAYPAL service.

To make purchases with an overseas card through KCP payment service, you must have a VISA, MASTER or JCB credit card that has been V3D verified. For V3D verification, you must contact your credit card company and apply and register verification, and your verification needs to be the highest rank possible. (Visa: Infinite rank, Master: World rank)

Please contact your credit card company regarding the verification. We understand that it is troublesome, but this will ensure the most secure payment for you.

1. 주문 시 부여 받으신 가상계좌로 무통장 입금/ 계좌이체/ 인터넷 뱅킹 입금이 가능하오나 은행사 별 이용시간과 ATM 기기마다 차이가 있으므로, 미리 본인이 입금하실 은행사의 ATM과 입금가능 시간을 체크하시기 바랍니다.

2. 입금 마감은 주문하신 익일(밤 12시 전 까지)에 한하며, 각 은행사 별로 영업마감 시간이 다른 점을 고려하셔서 익일 영업마감 시간 전에 입금완료를 부탁 드립니다.

3. 예약/한정판 등으로 진행되는 상품의 경우 가상계좌 입금방식이 불가능하거나 제약이 따를 수 있습니다.
